Our healthcare team are among the foremost experts on diabetes in South Australia.
A guest speaking event is an opportunity to receive up to date, evidence-based information on diabetes from those who work in the field every day, including diabetes educators, dietitians, pharmacists, exercise physiologists and researchers.
We can tailor our delivery to a wide range of audiences. Including but not limited to community groups, workplaces, health professionals or other staff working with people living with diabetes, and pre-school or childcare settings. We would love to talk with you about how we can meet the needs of your group.
Cost of presentation
Community groups $200 + GST per hour
Corporate or large groups $480 + GST per hour
We run specific programs, funded by the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS), which enables us to deliver sessions to culturally and linguistically diverse communities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and for teachers and school staff supporting students with type 1 diabetes. These sessions may be fully funded by the NDSS.
Travel fees & cancellation
Additional fees may apply for extended travel time. Please note there is a minimum charge of one hour and a cancellation fee of $50 applies if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Early bookings are essential to ensure we can accommodate your request. Our preference is for Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, out of hours sessions may be available but additional fees may apply.
