Our healthcare team offers informative presentations on diabetes prevention and management. At your venue. For your community group, workplace, or staff education.
Our healthcare team are among the foremost experts on diabetes in South Australia.
A guest speaking event is an opportunity to receive first hand information on diabetes from those who work in the field everyday, including diabetes educators, dietitians, pharmacists, exercise physiologists and researchers.
We can tailor our delivery to a wide range of audiences – including but not limited to community groups of all sorts, workplaces, staff who work with people living with diabetes, and pre-school and childcare settings. We would love to talk with you about how we can meet the needs of your group.
We run specific programs, funded by the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS), which enables us to deliver sessions to culturally and linguistically diverse communities, Aboriginal communities and staff working with Aboriginal communities, and to staff working in Residential Aged Care, and Mental Health. These sessions may be fully funded by the NDSS.
Guest speaker rates:
$198 per hour incl. GST (diabetes educator, dietitian or other health professional to present). Additional costs may apply for out of hours sessions or travel beyond metro Adelaide.
Please note there is a minimum charge of $198 per hour incl. GST and a $50 cancellation fee is applicable if the presentation is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice’.
