Single Membership – when you have been recently diagnosed with diabetes, including pre-diabetes, at risk of, or have been living with diabetes for a while including being the carer of someone living with diabetes.

Reimbursement of Membership Fees:

Private Health Fund: Your health fund may reimburse your membership fees dependent on your level of cover.

Department Veterans Affairs (DVA) Reimbursement:

• If you hold a DVA Gold or White card (with diabetes as an accepted condition), you can receive a reimbursement from DVA.

NDIS / Public Trustee:

• Contact your Provider or Care Plan Manager to discuss if payment of membership fees is an option
