Directions For Use:

When following the guided lines on each section the volume is as follows: Women – 1 1/2 cups free vegetables, 3/4 cup protein, 3/4 cup carbohydrates. Men – 2 cups free vegetables, 1 cup protein, 1 cup carbohydrates.

Made from high borosilicate glass these containers are safe from freezer to oven, can be used in the microwave (lid removed*) and put in the dishwasher.
