The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)

Recently, The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) made changes which will affect the automatic renewal of DVA Gold Card and White Card for Diabetes SA membership.

The Department of Veterans’ Affairs have agreed to the ongoing funding of diabetes memberships for eligible veterans with a DVA Gold or White card (with diabetes as an accepted condition) however from 1 July 2023, veterans will need to pay their membership fee to Diabetes SA and complete the DVA Diabetes Membership Reimbursement form and submit this to DVA to receive a reimbursement to a nominated bank account.
