Our first REFLECT Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

We are excited and proud to share the news that our very first REFLECT Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has officially been endorsed by Reconciliation Australia!

This is a significant milestone for our organisation and one that reflects months of collaboration, thoughtful conversations and a shared commitment to reconciliation.

We have created a meaningful roadmap that will guide us as we continue to strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and embed respect, learning and opportunities across our organisation. As an organisation that supports communities across South Australia, we recognise that reconciliation is an ongoing journey.

While the endorsement of our RAP is an achievement worth celebrating, it is also the beginning of the work ahead.

Together, we’ll continue learning, listening and taking meaningful action to create positive and lasting change.
