Learn about the key components of a plant based diet, foods that fit into this style of eating, and meal and snack ideas to incorporate more meat-free meals into your week!

This session is suitable for: Anyone who has type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes or pre-diabetes.

This session is FREE for Diabetes SA members, $15 for non-members.
