Program Director of Nutrition and Food Science Dr Evangeline Mantzioris presents the latest evidence on whether the Mediterranean diet is the right fit for people living with diabetes.

Exercise to prevent diabetes complications.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist Chris Flavel reveals how diabetes complications develop and presents the benefits of physical activity with some practical tips to take away.
