Whether you are newly diagnosed with diabetes or
have had years of experience managing the condition,
sometimes it helps to get back to the basics.
Our Diabetes Educator will discuss diabetes and
its effects on the body.
Information will be provided to assist in improving
your diabetes management.
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Nourishing your body with a variety of healthy foods is an important part of managing your diabetes. Diabetes SA’s Accredited Practising Dietitian will discuss the evidence for a range of different dietary patterns that are suitable for people living with diabetes.
We will also discuss strategies for meal planning including components of a healthy meal and how to incorporate these into a healthy meal plan for you and your family.
