Whilst Diabetes SA products are available to the general public, members of Diabetes SA receive a 20% discount when purchasing everyday.

National Diabetes Service Scheme Registrants

To purchase NDSS products, a person must have diabetes and be Registered with the National Diabetes Services Scheme. The Scheme provides access to blood and urine testing strips, syringes, needles for insulin pens and insulin pump consumables at subsidised prices.

If you are not registered and have diabetes please download:

NDSS Registration Form, or the 
 Gestational Diabetes Registration Form.

This form will need to be completed (and signed by your Doctor or Credentialled Educator) and returned to Diabetes SA for processing before you can purchase products through the NDSS.

You will need both cards to help ensure that you receive the maximum savings and benefits as a person with diabetes.
