Access to the store is easy with convenient on site parking at the rear of our building or from public transport Bus stop 5c right opposite the store on Sir Donald Bradman Drive.

Our commitment to our customers is to provide personalised service. We make the time to sit down with you and help you through the process of choosing your meter by demonstrating the meters available. We then show you how to use your chosen meter and set up your meter so that you can begin using it at home. We are also here to help if anything goes wrong with your meter.

As part of our personalised service we will register you on the National Diabetes Services Scheme so that you can access products such as strips, syringes, and insulin pump consumables at subsidised prices.
