Diabetes Australia has established a network of state-based Agents to assist in the delivery of the NDSS. Diabetes SA is the agent in South Australia responsible for administering the NDSS.

In turn Diabetes SA has appointed Access Points to perform a number of functions and responsibilities under the Scheme. Access Points play an important role in the success of the NDSS.

There are many ways in which you can order your product and these are listed below:

• Visit Diabetes SA at 159 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Hilton, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 12 noon.
• Visit one of the Access Points
• Telephone your order through by calling 1300 136 588 and quote your registration number, Medicare and any other concession/pension cards together with your credit card details. Hours of operation are Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 9am - 12 noon.
• Mail the NDSS order form to GPO Box 9824, Adelaide SA 5001. Delivery is free.
