Membership Rebate

Rebate is only available for members with private health cover.

Did you know that you may be eligible to claim a rebate on your Diabetes SA membership and the cost of your blood glucose meter?

Diabetes SA works closely with selected health insurance providers to make purchasing Diabetes SA membership and a blood glucose meter simple.

All claims being made through Diabetes SA require a referral letter from your Doctor.

To assist in this process we encourage you to make contact with your health insurance provider prior to your purchase to find out your level of cover.

Health Partners

Health Partners members on Gold Level extras are eligible to purchase a blood glucose meter for a minimal cost and receive a once off free 12 month membership to Diabetes SA.

SGIC

SGIC members may be eligible to receive a once off 12 month free membership to Diabetes SA, and be able to purchase a meter at a nominal price, dependent on your level of cover.

Mutual Community

Mutual Community members may be eligible to receive a rebate on the cost of Diabetes SA membership, dependent on your level of cover. The cost of membership will need to be paid in full to Diabetes SA and proof of purchase then needs to be forwarded to Mutual Community (by the member) for your rebate.

Members may also be eligible to purchase a blood glucose meter at a nominated price by Mutual Community.
