We have a large range of resources designed to inform and educate people about diabetes. Limited quantities of a number of our resources are available at no cost or can be downloaded and printed as required.

AusDrisk Tool

This tool assists to determine an individuals risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

The Australian Type 2 Diabetes Risk Assessment Tool was originally developed by Baker IDI on behalf of the Australian, State and Territory Governments as part of the COAG Diabetes reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes initiative.

This A4 flyer also provides information regarding type 2 diabetes – what it is, how it is diagnosed and where to obtain advice and further information.
