At Diabetes SA our Health Care Team members are available to help you manage living with diabetes.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with diabetes for a number of years, our comprehensive range of services are designed to provide the information you will need to live well with diabetes.

• Registered Nurses

• Accredited Practising Dietitian

• Registered Midwife
