Amanda Blair

With the Grand Opening of the Savers store at Noarlunga, Diabetes SA have been working very hard to increase the profile of our Clothing Collection business. In doing this we have recruited the 'queen of op-shopping' Amanda Blair as an ambassador to help bring a local and familiar face to our campaign.

When we approached Amanda about this opportunity we knew that she was the ideal person that represented a love for recycled goods and to help a local charity. Amanda is very active in the community in her support of local charities but receives many requests for her services. We are glad she chose to work with us.

Amanda is very well known for her career on radio on SAFM and FiveAA but also her love of vintage, second-hand goods and the thrill of the chase which goes with op-shopping. Her passion for that unique find is clearly evident to those who talk to her and will likely see her going through the racks at Savers.

Amanda has recently starred in a television commercial along with members of the Broikos family whom we need to thank for all their assistance to offer their home and some of the family to star in the commercial. Amanda has also voiced radio commercials which will be played on FiveAA and has been involved in other promotional activities including featuring in our Living magazine and on external signage.

Diabetes SA is very proud to have Amanda involved in the promotion of our collection business and look forward to a long and rewarding relationship which is hoped we bring increased recognition and donations to Diabetes SA.
