What you need to know when ordering Diabetes SA products.
To purchase at member's prices you will need to be a member of Diabetes SA. If you would like to become a member and purchase on line today

When ordering Diabetes SA products or a combined order of Diabetes SA and NDSS products, the following postage fees apply within Australia:
$0 - $50 $5.50
$51 - $100 $7.50
Over $101 $13.50
Interstate $15.00
For overseas orders please note that we will contact you directly to advise the delivery fee before the order is shipped.
Please consider when ordering, that Diabetes SA can not guarantee safe delivery of drinks and products in glass containers. For large orders of drinks or products in glass containers, we will contact you to discuss the method of delivery and fee, prior to the order being shipped.
Your order will be sent to you within 5 working days. Prices and availability of product is subject to change without notice.
Should you wish to return product we would ask that you assist us by advising via email at
orders@diabetessa.com.au, within 7 days of receipt of product, the following details:
Order number
Full name
Prefered email address
Reason for return
Product details
On receipt of this information we will advise, by return email our preferred method of returning the product.
A refund will be issued upon receipt of the product with confirmation of the credit provided by email. Please be advised that refunds of freight costs will only be accepted if the return is as a result of an error in processing.
What you need to know when ordering NDSS products.
We ask that you select product carefully as we are not able to exchange or return NDSS products incorrectly ordered by the registrant.
Diabetes SA has an obligation not to supply amounts of product above the national levels of average usage.
These levals for a 180 day period are:
- 900 reagant strips
- 1200 syringes
Your order will be sent to you free of any postage charge within 5 working days and for remote areas within 10-14 days. If your product is out of stock a Customer Service Officer will contact you to advise when the item will be back in stock or if there is an alternative product that you can select.
