How to order products online
To view a product
Click on the product category of your choice. The drop down menu within this category provides you with other product selections. Click on the category you are interested in and all products will be displayed with an image.Click on the image of the product to view the details of the product. The non member’s price is automatically displayed. To obtain the member price enter your membership number and select Get Member Price.
To add a product to your cart
In the Quantity section select the number of items you require. Click on add to cart. To continue shopping click on Continue Shopping. This will take you back to the shop on line catalogue. Repeat the steps above to you have finished shopping. The number of items and value of your order will be displayed and updated as you order, without you having to proceed to the check out.
Check out
Once you have finished shopping click on check out. Your order will now be displayed. If you wish to add or delete quantities at this stage select the item and change the quantity and press re calculate. The order value will be re calculated. If you wish to continue shopping press the button Continue Shopping. Once you are finished shopping press Place Order. You will now proceed to the payment and details section. Please complete all sections of this form. The next time you log in you will need to remember your password that you entered on this page as this will be the way that you will access the shop on line.
Once you have entered your details you order will submitted to Diabetes SA where our staff will process your order and validate all details provided. Should your details be incorrect the organization will contact you to confirm before forwarding your order to you.
