Structure

As required under the Act, the Association is governed by a Board of Management and managed on a day to day basis by a Chief Executive Officer, management team and staff.

The Board of Management is comprised of nine members. Four of these members form the Executive Committee, including the President, two Vice Presidents and a Treasurer. The remaining five positions are held by Committee Members. The Board of Management are required by constitution to be members of the Association.
